The ODKB – which stands for the Collective Security Treaty Organization – includes Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, and Tajikistan.
During its 28 November ordinary summit, the parties discussed mainly about the consolidation of the border between Tajikistan and Afghanistan and preparations to mark the 80th anniversary of allied victory over Nazi Germany in the World War Two – without the coalition allies, of course.
